Preserving Your Collection

To ensure your TCGs, toys, figurines, and games stay in mint condition, we recommend the following:

  • Environment: Store all collectables in a cool, dry place. Humidity can warp cards, while heat can damage figure packaging and game cases.
  • Sunlight: Keep items away from direct sunlight to prevent fading on card art, sticker finishes, and display boxes.
  • Handling: We recommend using protective sleeves for all trading cards and stickers immediately to prevent surface scratches and edge wear.
  • Cleaning: For figurines and game cases, use a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Description

Product Overview

The Knight Questoris is the quintessential Imperial Knight, a towering engine of destruction standing dozens of feet tall. Serving as the noble centerpieces of any Knight House, these machines combine the firepower of a battle tank with the agility of a walker. On the tabletop, they are absolute juggernauts, capable of absorbing immense damage while projecting power across the entire board.

Key Specifications

  • Game System: Warhammer 40,000

  • Faction: Imperial Knights

  • Unit Role: Lord of War / Super-Heavy Walker

  • Assembly: Highly detailed plastic kit with extensive weapon and armor options

Features and Benefits

  • Ultimate Versatility: This kit is legendary for its options. It can be built as several different variants, including the Paladin (Battle Cannon), Errant (Thermal Cannon), Gallant (all-melee), Warden (Avenger Gatling Cannon), or Crusader (dual heavy guns).

  • Centerpiece Model: With its massive height and iconic silhouette, the Questoris is designed to be the focal point of your army, drawing attention and representing the immense wealth and status of the pilot (a Noble).

  • Exceptional Detail: From the intricate hydraulic pipes and engine exhaust vents to the ornate heraldic armor plates, this model offers a masterclass in miniature engineering and provides endless opportunities for advanced painting techniques.

  • Tactical Dominance: Their sheer durability (Wounds) and firepower make them a significant threat that the opponent must prioritize, allowing your smaller units to operate with more freedom.

Assembly and Painting Tips

  • Structural Integrity: Because of the model's weight and height, ensure the legs are posed securely on the base. Using plastic glue on the joints is vital, and you may want to ensure the feet are flat against the base for maximum stability.

  • Sub-Assembly is Essential: Never attempt to paint this model fully assembled. Paint the internal skeleton (chassis/pipes) separately from the large exterior armor plates. This makes painting the recessed mechanical details much easier.

  • The "Metal" Layer: Start the skeleton with a full coat of Leadbelcher. Use Nuln Oil or a darker wash like Agrax Earthshade to fill the recesses and provide that industrial, greasy look characteristic of ancient war machines.

  • Armor Heraldry: Take your time with the armor plates. Use your base colors—such as Mephiston Red, Macragge Blue, or Retributor Armour for the trim—to create a clean, sharp finish. The trim is the most time-consuming part, so use a fine-detail brush and be patient.

  • Weathering and Decals: A Knight looks best when it has a history. Once the painting is finished, use decals to mark your Knight’s specific house or pilot rank. Follow up with light weathering; a tiny amount of drybrushed brown or grey near the feet and lower plates goes a long way to show this machine has been marching through mud and ruin.
